　　英国管家协会就近期在中国区发现部分机构未经授权使用我机构字号、商标等行为发布严正声明：　　

　　1.英国管家协会（英文名：UK Butler Guild）总部位于英国伦敦，是由英国管家行业泰斗罗伯特·沃森（Robert Watson）先生倡导并创立的协会组织。2007年1月，独家授权北京万橡绿洲国际管理顾问有限公司为大中华区服务总代理，，公司创始人宋薇女士受聘为大中华区首席执行官。

　　2.北京万橡绿洲国际管理顾问有限公司是英国管家协会开展在华业务唯一官方授权单位，且从未授权过第二家机构使用英国管家协会品牌开展业务。

　　3.凡未经过英国管家协会大中华区授权，在大中华区使用英国管家协会品牌、字号、商标等行为，均为非法行为。英国管家协会保留追究责任权利。

　　UK Butler Guild has issued a solemn statement on the recent discovery of unauthorized use of our organization's name and trademark by some organizations in China:

　　1.UK Butler Guild (English name: UKBG) is headquartered in London, England, and is initiated and founded by the British butler industry leader Robert Watson (Robert Watson). In January 2007, Beijing Wanoak Oasis International Management Consulting Co., Ltd. was exclusively authorized to serve as the general agent for Greater China. The founder of the company, Ms. Song Wei, was hired as the CEO of Greater China.

　　2.Beijing Wanoak Oasis International Management Consultants Co., Ltd. is the only official authorized unit of the UK Butler Guild to carry out business in China, and has never authorized the second institution to use the brand of the UK Butler Guild to carry out business.

　　3.Any act of using the brand, brand name and trademark of the UK Butler Guild in Greater China without the authorization of the UK Butler Guild in Greater China is illegal. The UK Butler Guild reserves the right to pursue liability.
